SOLO RECITAL IN MOSCOW
Balázs Fülei is giving a solo recital in Moscow’s Conservatory, the institution established in 1866 and named after one of its first teachers, Tchaikovsky. The concert is going to take place in the Rachmaninov Hall on the 16th of June with a program that commemorates Béla Bartók, who was born 135 years ago.
The newest edition of the magazine called Muzsika is about to be published in the first days of June. In there you can read an interview with Balázs Fülei about his career, the concerts before and after the performance and teaching. The interviewer is Anna Belinszky, photos have been taken by Andrea Felvégi.
Middle of June is the deadline of applications to the first Echo Summer Academy in the Károlyi Castle in Fehérvárcsurgó, from 3rd to 8th of July. Péter Kováts violinist, István Varga cellist and Balázs Fülei pianist are waiting for the participants of the course.
THE TIME OF FESTIVALS
The season of indoor concerts is about to end, to be replaced by music festivals that colour the summer. Balázs Fülei is going to be the guest of the Festival de Bellerive in Geneva. He will also be playing at the Festival in Zemplén and got an invitation to this year’s series of programs for Summer in Szentbékkálla, to the wonderful Balaton area.
