Muzsikás 50

For the jubilee concert held at the Palace of the Arts on April 10, Muzsikás invites some of the artists – instrumentalists, singers, dancers – who have been frequent performers in the Ensemble’s programmes over the past half century. Balázs Fülei joined Muzsikás’ Allegro Barbaro concert in 2015, reviving piano pieces by Bartók and Kodály and their authentic folk music roots. The production was performed on many concert stages at home and also toured abroad, including Prague, Brussels, London and Tel Aviv. Some excerpts from this programme will also be played at the jubilee concert.
