Edvard Grieg was only twenty two years old when in 1865 he composed his first and only piano sonata: the Sonata in E minor dedicated to the Danish composer, Niels Gade. On April 9, at the next afternoon concert within the traditional series ‘Musica e Parole’ of Bartók Rádió at the Sára Hall, Balázs Fülei will play the Sonata in E minor while Lóránt Péteri musicologist is going to talk about various interesting aspects related to the piece.
