Fülei Balázs zongoraművész

On October 26th Balázs Fülei will take the stage of the Solti Hall of the Liszt Academy with Ágnes Langer violinist, a prize winner of the Bartók World Competition in 2017.

Franz Liszt is one of the most important composers for me – has said László Dubrovay in several interviews, having composed his Concerto No. 3 for the 200th anniversary of Liszt’s birthday.

Within the series celebrating Franz Liszt’s birthday, October 22nd by multiple concerts every year, the audience is invited to listen to Balázs Fülei’s new CD presentation and solo recital in the Old Academy of Music on October 17th.

At the next, already seventh concert within the series ’Piano in the Focus’ we will have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of feelings and moods evoked by hitting a single key of the piano: the sound can be soft, loud or quiet – an endless number of possibilities.

The season will start on September 29, with the Auer Trio’s concert in the Marble Hall of the Hungarian Radio.

From September, a new programme titled 'Quartet' will be launched on Bartók Radio; the two-hour-long programme will be hosted by Balázs Fülei and will be broadcast once in a fortnight, at 3 p.m. on Saturday afternoons.
